State governance is aware about the Adolescence Rights ;Minister Lamsal

Gandaki province, Ministry of forest, environment and tourism Mr. BikashLamsal had said that around 20 lakh tourist will enter Nepal with the aim of visit Nepal 2020.

Last Monday, a program was held related to visit Nepal 2020 in Pokhara between the Ministry and the adolescent girls of DevchuliMuniciplaity. Ministry of forest, environment and tourism Mr. BikashLamsal gave the information about the adolescents role on tourism plan for Gandaki Province.

In the program, adolescent girls from Devchuli Municipality of Eastern Nawalparasi were curious about the roles of the ward and state governance in economy as well as in preserving natural heritages.

Asha B.K, Peer Educator pointed about the importance of proper management of dumping sites so that the forest and river will no more be used as it’s alternative andthe effect on tourism sector can be reduced. Likewise, the girls also described about the tourism areas of Nawalpur district in GandakiProvine which is connected with Terai.

The girls also requested state governance to plan something on ongoing child labor, sexual harassment, exploitation which takes place in tourism sector and also about girl’s security.

Similarly, answering the adolescence girls, Ministry of environment Hon. Lamsl said that “today’s child are tomorrow’s nation builders” and they are also aware of adolescents and youths. Likewise, he further said that welfare can be achieved from tourism sector and Gandaki province is counted as natural hospital also that’s why he insisted all the people to help in tourism sector.

On theprogram JCYCN members were also actively participated. Among them, HomNathJaisi, Deepak Sharma and PratikshyaGaire, NarayanPoudel, SubashMalla and other people have given their own opinion and views regarding the program.
